Empty all pockets and compartments. Remove hard plates, soft armor inserts, electronics, batteries, hydration reservoirs, weapons-related accessories, ammunition, brass, chem lights, personal items, and any removable component that should not be machine washed.
We may clean the machine-washable fabric shell after all hard plates, soft armor inserts, electronics, and other non-washable components have been removed. Approval depends on the care label and staff inspection.
Many fabric rucksacks and assault packs can be cleaned after they are fully emptied and any non-washable removable components are taken out. The item’s care label and condition will determine whether it can be accepted.

Update to my previous post below. The owner (Tim) called me & I explained what happened. He refunded to me the total amount I paid for the drop-off service which I’m grateful for. However, I still have a ‘bad taste’ about returning to this facility. First time using & my nephews Christmas gift to me is gone! I would’ve settled for an equal garment. I can give 5 stars to the owner but as for the service itself remains as is! I used their drop off service & when I got home a clothing item was missing! Nobody seems to know what happened & didn’t even bother to return my calls! First AND LAST time I will go there!!! UPDATE REVIEW:09/10/2026 I decided to give them another try and happened to meet with the owner Tim outside the facility. I’m very happy to say this time my laundry was phenomenal and will use them again! Hats off to the attendant and Tim for their service!!!Posted on Google

A laundry mat only has to be one thing: reliable. This place is. Better for small batches and personal laundry. I would go somewhere else if you have excessively large loads as space is limited.Posted on Google

Clean and affordable dryers a little bit short of time for the money but all in all I recommend them to a poor manPosted on Google

This is was my go-to laundromat, it is always clean and stuff is so friendly also always helpful. But suddenly they changed, only drop off customers seem to matter to them. It doesn't matter if you've been a loyal weekly customer since they took over the place, they clearly make you feel like you're just in the way because they're busy with their drop off loads that make them way more money than the little $20 a week you may spend as a do-it-yourselfer. If you plan on doing laundry here yourself be prepared to be treated like your business doesn't matter to them.Verified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust.
